This Hamley Wade is now ready to go with the following specs:
16” Warren Wright heavy duty tree;
12 3/4” flare, (this will work with the vast majority of working style QHs);
Full floral carving with dyed background;
7/8 flat-plate rigging with Watt SS hardware;
Number 1 Hermann Oak skirting;
4 1/2” Aaron Fandek lined SS Monels; etc.
Comes with matching martingale and rear cinch (not shown). This saddle is constructed using traditional, time-proven methods derived from makers like Steve Mecum and Dale Harwood. The comfort for both horse and rider are of apex importance.

Estes Saddlery HAMLEY WADE Working Ranch Saddle

Just completed my annual summer “Spec” saddle. If you’re in the market for a true, custom made WADE for work or for trail riding, here it is. Ready to ship now. This saddle is built on a Warren Wright “heavy-duty” Hamley WADE tree- 93 bars, 16″ finished seat, 6″ horn cap, 4″ cantle, 6 1/2″ x 7 1/2″ gullet, 4 1/2″ stock. Number 1 select Hermann Oak skirting throughout. 19″ fenders. It also comes with lined 5″ stainless Monel stirrups as shown. The back billets and wide (3 3/4″) rear girth are doubled and stitched. Saddle is rigged for and comes with two 1 3/4″ latigos for each side. The ground seat is right and as comfortable as you’ll ever sit in.
